We built Rescuely to help you recover at-risk customers before they churn

Most small SaaS teams don’t have a retention problem.

They have a visibility problem.

Customer churn usually doesn’t happen suddenly — it happens silently:

  • users stop logging in

  • usage drops week by week

  • accounts become inactive

  • and revenue disappears before anyone notices

We built Rescuely to fix that.

Rescuely turns your customer data (CSV today, integrations later) into a simple daily workflow:

👉 Upload your customer data
👉 Identify at-risk customers automatically
👉 See the top accounts most likely to churn
👉 Take action before revenue is lost

Instead of dashboards you check once a week, Rescuely gives you a daily “who to save” list.

Why we built it

We noticed most teams already know churn exists —
but they don’t have a simple system to act on it.

Analytics tools show charts.
CRMs show data.
But nobody tells you:

“These 3 customers are about to leave — act now.”

Rescuely is that missing layer.

What it does today

  • Upload CSV (email, MRR, usage, login data)

  • Risk scoring engine

  • Top at-risk customers list

  • Simple recovery action focus

What’s next

We’re evolving Rescuely into a full Revenue Recovery System:

  • Stripe + webhook integrations

  • automated outreach suggestions

  • churn prevention workflows

Try it

We’re early, but already helping teams spot lost revenue opportunities they didn’t know existed.

This is one of those cases where the value isn’t in the prediction model—it’s in turning “we think churn might be happening” into a daily, actionable list. Most teams already have the data, but they lack a consistent trigger that turns signals into action before the customer is already gone.
