I’m looking for a sales and marketing partner with strong experience in the home health care industry to help take an existing healthcare technology product to the market.
I’ve spent more than 20 years building software, with the last 15+ years focused heavily on healthcare. I’ve built and worked on systems involving patient management, scheduling, billing, clinical workflows, transcription, documentation, and AI.
Over the past few years, I’ve also been building a platform specifically focused on the operational side of home health — including scheduling, visit management, routing, workflows, and care coordination.
The product is already built. The technology, platform, and product development are my side of the equation. What I’m looking for now is someone who can take ownership of the sales, marketing, and business development side.
Who I’m Looking For
I’m particularly interested in someone who has spent significant time working in the home health industry and already understands the market.
Someone who:
Has experience selling software, services, or technology to home health organizations
Understands how home health agencies operate
Knows the decision makers and how purchasing decisions are made
Has relationships and connections within the industry
Can develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy
Is comfortable doing both the initial outreach and building longer-term customer relationships
Understands the difference between selling generic software and solving real operational problems for home health agencies
An existing network in the home health space would be a significant advantage.
What I’m Bringing
My focus is on technology, product, engineering, and AI. I can continue building and improving the platform, handling the technical side, integrations, infrastructure, and product roadmap.
I’m looking for someone who can complement that by taking the lead on getting the product in front of customers, creating awareness, generating opportunities, and growing the business.
I’m not looking for a traditional employee or simply someone to make a few sales calls. I’m interested in finding the right person to work with on the commercial side of the business over the long term.
The exact structure of the relationship is something I’m open to discussing based on the person's experience, involvement, and what they bring to the table.
If you have a strong background in home health sales, marketing, or business development and are interested in building something in this space, I’d be happy to connect.
And if someone comes to mind who would be a good fit, I’d appreciate an introduction.
You’ve clearly got the domain and product side covered. Before adding a commercial partner, I’d be curious what customer evidence you already have around the specific operational problem agencies are most willing to pay to fix.
The problem we are solving mainly benefits agency and helps field staff to burn-out and leave. Biggest issue HHC companies struggle is their staff spends more time organizing their day, spending most of their time traveling and wasting valuable time during the day. On field staff's perspective, -from small to large - anyone I discussed complains about how much disorganized scheduling is, how they have to call each patient to figure out when they are available and how to get there without driving all around the city back and forth. Most uses delivery apps to plan a route but packages don't have church services, doctor appointments, visitors. I have discussed the promise of the system with CEO of one of the largest in US said
We would rather to have our agents spend more time caring than drivingMore caring means, more time spent with the patient, more in payment from Medicare and Medicaid. So there is a large market and need. With proper marketing I think many agency would rather to pay to fix then burn it.The “more caring, less driving” outcome is much more concrete than the general scheduling problem. I’d be interested in digging into how agencies quantify that value when deciding whether to pay. What’s the best email to reach you on?

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
