After days of building, I finally launched Startives Match. π
One problem kept bothering me:
Founders spend weeks searching across LinkedIn, Discord, and communities to find the right co-founder or teammate.
So I built Startives Matchβan AI-powered platform that helps founders discover compatible teammates with transparent compatibility scoring, explainable AI reasoning, and AI-generated introductions.
This is my submission for the Raj Shamani Γ Emergent AI Builder Challenge.
I'd genuinely love your feedback.
If you think this solves a real problem, an upvote would mean a lot.

Congrats on shipping! The "explainable AI reasoning" part is the piece I'd dig into the most β compatibility scoring alone is easy to get wrong (LinkedIn-style matching often over-indexes on shared skills or industry, when what actually breaks co-founder relationships is usually mismatched risk tolerance, working style, or decision-making speed).
How does your model weigh those softer dimensions vs. the more obvious stuff like skills/domain overlap? And when the AI generates an introduction, is it pulling from a structured questionnaire, or inferring compatibility from freeform text/behavior?
Asking because I've been on both sides of this β co-founded one company and currently building another β and the moments that would've saved me the most time were less "do we have complementary skills" and more "do we actually make decisions the same way under pressure.
The compatibility score is interesting, but I think the bigger challenge is reducing the risk of a bad partnership rather than increasing the chance of a good one.
Finding people is relatively easy. Building enough confidence to actually start something together is the harder problem.
