Most founders try to create demand. The best ones catch it.

Most founders don’t have a lead problem.

They have a timing problem.

They say:

“I need more users”

So they:

  • run ads

  • send cold DMs

  • post content

And hope something sticks.

But here’s what actually happens:

You’re talking to people who:

  • might need your product

  • someday

  • maybe

Meanwhile, somewhere else online:

Someone is saying:

“Does anyone know a tool for ___?”

“I’ve tried everything for ___ and nothing works”

“Looking for a solution to ___”

That’s not marketing.

That’s active demand.

The difference is simple:

Cold outreach = convincing

Intent = responding

When you talk to people at the moment they’re already looking:

  • conversations feel natural

  • conversion is higher

  • feedback is specific

  • sales cycles collapse

This is what changed everything for me.

Not:

“How do I get more traffic?”

But:

“Where is demand already happening right now?”

That shift is the difference between:

chasing users

vs

meeting them

That’s also why I built LeadSynth.

To surface those conversations across platforms so you can:

  • find real buyers

  • understand their language

  • reach them at the right moment

If you’re building right now:

Forget growth hacks.

Find people already asking.

That’s the game.

Looking for a US-based Full-Stack Developer to Collaborate (50/50 Partnership)

    Hey everyone 👋

I’m a full-stack developer with experience in Node.js, React, and building scalable web applications. I’m currently looking to collaborate with a US-based developer on a SaaS or startup idea.

    What I’m looking for:

    * A developer based in the United States

    * Strong in either frontend, backend, or full-stack

    * Interested in building and launching real products (not just side experiments)

Open to a *50/50 partnership** (shared ownership and benefits)

    What I bring:

    * Solid full-stack development experience

    * Experience working with modern web technologies

    * Focus on building scalable and production-ready systems

    * Willingness to commit long-term and actually ship

    Goal:

To build and launch a product together — validate ideas, iterate fast, and grow it into something meaningful (SaaS, AI tool, or web platform).

If you’re interested, feel free to comment or DM me. Happy to jump on a quick call and explore ideas together.

Or you can just drop an email here career4lucas@gmail . com

    Looking forward to connecting!
