Curious how PrivacyKit's Compliance Monitor handles third-party scripts loaded dynamically through tag managers or automation tools rather than hardcoded in the page, that's usually where consent tracking quietly falls apart in the setups I work with.
You have 2 options here. Either wrap the GTM script inside a <consent-guard> (catch-all). Or If GTM injects the tracker into the page, it can inject PrivacyKit's <consent-guard> around that tracker as well. Then PrivacyKit remains the enforcement mechanism rather than relying solely on GTM's consent configuration. This goes for any automation tool as well.
That makes sense, Michael. I like the fact that PrivacyKit can remain the enforcement layer even when scripts are introduced dynamically through GTM or other automation tools. That approach feels much more robust than relying entirely on each integration to implement consent correctly.
This is particularly relevant to the kinds of AI automation systems I work with, where scripts, forms, chat widgets, CRM integrations, and third-party services can all become part of the same customer journey. Having enforcement at the browser level provides another useful layer of protection.

I built an Audio Book web app as a Merch listing on my eCommmerce coaching site. It's new but has online Excel courses using Sensei and Woocommerce. The audio book used ElevenLabs for audio, React and Vite for the web UI; - the scrubbed code is posted on GitHub. The idea was to use the site for coaching and selling my merchandise.

Hi, thanks for the feedback and compliments. I think affiliates are better to create marketing content (demos and comparisons) then we are. But an affiliate can base their comparison topics using the comparison table provided in at https://www.privacykit.eu - There is also a /features page to demo the Compliance Monitor. The best practical demo would off course be to install PrivacyKit, then monitor, detect and protect any trackers with Consent Guards, and then use the Compliance Monitor again to validate that no trackers was running unprotected.
