Momentum is nearly always a person problem, not a tactic problem, one collaborator who ships weekly changes more than any playbook. The mistake to avoid is bringing someone in on vibes and finding out in month three how they actually work. Do a two-week scoped trial with anyone before agreeing anything bigger. Building a platform around that exact idea at the moment (CoBuildr, trials before commitment, opens early August), so I'm biased, but I'd give the same advice regardless.
The hardest part usually isn't getting a product in front of people—it's figuring out why the right people should care before momentum can exist. I'd be interested to hear what kinds of products you enjoy taking from zero to early traction. I'd keep validating...
