Interesting framing — "stuck decision" is more honest than most consulting pitches.
One pattern worth naming: most stuck decisions aren't blocked by missing information. They're blocked by an unverified assumption that nobody wants to say out loud. The interest is there, the alignment is there — but somewhere underneath, someone believes something that hasn't been tested yet.
The $39 pass works if the blocker is visible. The harder cases are when the blocker is an assumption the person doesn't know they're making.
Curious what percentage of the decisions you've seen fall into that category.
A lot of them, honestly.
Most stuck decisions already have enough information.
What usually keeps them open is an unspoken risk, unclear ownership, or simply nobody wanting to absorb the cost first.
The visible discussion is rarely the real blocker.
