I spent 6 months on my first product and made $0. Here's what I built next.

For the past 6 months I was building NYXAR, a done for you AI lead response system for businesses. I sent hundreds of cold messages, WhatsApp outreach, contact forms, emails. Got replies, got interest, never closed a single client.

I'm 22, building solo from Karachi, Pakistan with no team and no budget. That experience hit hard.

But somewhere in those hundreds of messages I started noticing patterns. Certain structures got replies. Certain openers got ignored. Certain ways of framing a problem made people respond and others made them ghost you instantly.

So instead of giving up I built around what actually worked.

ColdCraft is an AI cold outreach generator. You tell it what you do, who you are reaching out to, and what problem you solve for them. You pick your channel from WhatsApp, Email, or LinkedIn DM and your tone. It generates a full 3 message sequence in seconds, a subject line, a first touch, a follow up, and a final close, all built on proven copywriting frameworks.

It has been live for 7 days. Zero paying customers so far. I'm documenting everything publicly.

You get 3 free generations per month with no credit card needed. Enough to try it properly and see if it works for you. If you have any questions just email me at [email protected] and I respond personally.

Mad respect for the pivot and for putting yourself out there again so fast! $0 on the first launch hurts, but taking the data from those cold DMs and turning it into a tool is smart. Rooting for you from here!

I'm curious what convinced you the problem was writing better outreach rather than improving the overall sales process.

Was there a specific pattern from those hundreds of conversations that made you narrow the opportunity to messaging itself?

Honest answer, I didn't start with that conclusion. I started thinking the problem was my offer or my targeting.

But after a few hundred messages across different industries and channels, one thing became clear: the replies I did get almost always came from messages with a specific structure. Specific opener, specific framing of the problem, specific ask. The ones that got ignored followed a different pattern, usually led with me, not them.

The sales process matters, but you never get to test it if the first message doesn't get a response. So I narrowed to that because that's where the data pointed.

Could be wrong about the scope. But that's the pattern I kept seeing.

        Appreciate the context.

Would be interesting to continue the conversation as you keep testing those patterns.

What's the best email to reach you on?

You can reach me at [email protected]. I respond personally and look forward to continuing the conversation.
