I shipped 16 tiny browser tools for freelancers and creators ($7–$9, zero hosting cost)

Built a “Micro-SaaS Factory” that uses parallel Cursor agents to ship static browser tools.

Stack on purpose:

  • HTML/CSS/JS only (GitHub Pages = $0)
  • Pay once via paypal.me/eliziv
  • Unlock codes emailed after payment (no Stripe/backend)

Catalog: https://zivzancoeli-commits.github.io/micro-saas-factory/

Batch highlights:

  • Rate Ledger — day/week/month rates + quotes
  • Scope Guard — change-request $ impact
  • Tax Stash — quarterly set-aside from invoices
  • Meeting Tax — recurring meeting cost in $/year
  • Invoice Sketch / Proposal Pulse / Brief Packer — client paperwork
  • Hook Forge / Bio Kit — creator copy without an API key
  • Deadline Drift / Grade Weight — student planners

Looking for feedback:

  1. Which niche should I double down on?
  2. Is $7–$9 the right price for unlock/export?
  3. Would you buy one of these, or only use the free demo?

Happy to share the factory prompts if useful.

Shipping 16 tools gives you something a single launch wouldn’t: differences in how people respond across the catalog.

That evidence may end up being more useful than treating all 16 as one product experiment.
