I built a tool to help do research on Reddit

hey indiehackers,

I’ve been working on something called Reddit Hunters, it’s an AI-powered search engine for reddit that helps you find relevant convos + discussions around any topic you’re researching.

basically you type in your topic → it suggests subreddits & keywords → then it goes thru 7000+ posts and pulls out the ones that actually have value.

I built it cause reddit always felt like the best place for real research:

  • people rant about what they don’t like (super raw feedback)

  • it’s all conversation based, great for understanding a niche

  • there’s literally a subreddit for everything

the problem tho… reddit search sucks. bad filters, tons of noise, and you end up scrolling forever.

so I’ve been using it myself by scheduling a daily search in my niche. whenever something pops up, I’m usually the first to catch it.

it’s in beta right now. if you wanna try it out: www.reddithunters.com

Nice...interesting way to use deep research. I think this will be very beneficial to startups with low budget

This sounds like something my marketing team would benefit from. Reddit can be overwhelming when you don't understand what you're looking for as a non-technical marketer. This tool would be a great benefit to them!

Exactly what I was looking for to do some research for the company I'm building, I'll give it a try!
