How to identify who visits my website daily

Hey IH family, My website is getting standard traffic on a daily basis. But I think I am failing to convert them into leads and I don't know who is actually visiting my website. Any suggestion on how can I crack this up?

sure there are some tools with which you can track visitors who are visiting in Your website

    1. Leadfeeder
    2. Zoominfo
    3. Leadforensics

and there is another tool :Exact visitors which is currently on LTD on SaaS Mantra.

Thanks Gavin, I am hearing these tools for the first time other than ZoomInfo. Glad that exact visitor is on LTD but is it worth to try?

LeadFeeder is good for that. The biggest issues I see with low conversions are either generic content, positioning, or a lack of calls to action. Does your content match the user intent for that topic? Does the expertise level of the content match that of your ideal prospect? Do you tie in your product? Are you including a call to action to get them to take the next step?

    Hey @Jane_Andrade

I’ll breakdown your problems into 2 parts:

    Know your visitors:

    • You can discover visitor demographic via Hotjar or Google Analytics. You won’t be able to see the full identity, but you can study their data in terms of location, browser behavior, device, browser etc. So you can assume how’s your persona looks like

    Converting visitors into leads:

    • Make sure your offering and lead form are as frictionless as possible. If you don’t see conversion, either your product is not solving a right problem or you’re targeting the wrong audience. Make the onboarding process simply and start building credibility such as adding testimonial or social proof
