Do you produce and edit your own podcasts? What is the most painful part of the process?

Any podcasters out there? What is the most painful part of the process? Do you think your editing makes your podcast sound amateurish?

I'm an audio editor and I'm looking for new clients. It occurs to me that there are likely plenty of podcasters who enjoy the production process but find post-production a slog.

Podcasters, do you usually do your own post-production or do you ship that part out? Would you rather someone other that yourself took care of the edit?

If you use freelancers to take care of your post-production, where do you find them? How much do you usually pay per episode? What would you be willing to pay?
