Creators are influencing travel decisions every day, but most still pay full price for their own trips. Why?

We're building TripzyGo, a creator-first travel platform where creators can:

✈️ Book hotels & travel experiences at exclusive rates
📸 Create content during their trip
💰 Earn rewards based on their reach and engagement

For hotels, it's performance-driven marketing with measurable ROI. For creators, it's a new way to monetize travel.

Curious to hear from founders, creators, and hoteliers:

What do you think is the biggest challenge in connecting the creator economy with real-world businesses like travel and hospitality? 👇

To your question directly, the biggest challenge connecting creators to real-world businesses like hotels is trust, and it runs both ways as a chicken-and-egg. The hotel wants proven bookings before it gives a discount, the creator wants the discount before they have proven anything, and whoever you onboard first has nothing to show the other side. Hotels have been burned by influencers who take a free stay and post a lazy story, so "reach" alone does not open their wallet.

Which is exactly why your real moat is not the booking or the rewards, it is the measurement. The thing generic influencer marketing can never prove is that this creator's content drove actual bookings, not just impressions. If TripzyGo can tie a reel to real revenue for the hotel, you become the one platform that turns "influence" into "measurable ROI," and that is the sentence your own post already uses. Lead with it.

So the loop is the wedge, not the discount: your trips make content, your content earns because it is proven to convert. One question back at you: on day one, which side do you subsidize to break the chicken-and-egg, the creators with free stays, or the hotels with guaranteed reach? Because you cannot wait for both to show up at once.

The trust gap is the biggest challenge in my opinion. Hotels want guaranteed reach before they commit to a deal. Creators want confirmed perks before they commit to coverage. Both sides are waiting for the other to go first.

The platforms that have cracked this are the ones that found a way to make the first move low risk for both sides. How are you handling that standoff with TripzyGo?

One thing I'd be careful with:

The challenge may not be connecting creators and hotels.

The harder decision could be determining which side should feel like the primary customer first.

That sounds subtle, but it can quietly shape everything that follows.
