Hey IH,
inspired by others like @czue I started writing monthly retros on my side projects and more.
This month I worked on two feature requests. One took only an hour and had great impact. The other one took many hours. And I didn't hear anything back from the user unfortunately.
My sales dropped a lot. That's also because in January I had sold multiple yearly subscriptions and in February none.
I've been quite busy and didn't do much marketing. For the next month I'm focusing on a major new product iteration. It's an experiment. Also to learn new things. In some ways I'm ignoring common sense IH advice. I didn't validate this iteration and it takes time. But I'm passionate to try this.

PS:
I already wrote one post for 2020 and another for January 2021. Feel free to check them out too.
Good luck Kai! Amicu is a cool idea and it looks like you've had some great success and positive reviews on the app store so far. Keep it up!
Oh, also meant to mention - there's a new group that was set up for these "monthly retrospective" types of posts: https://www.indiehackers.com/group/income-reports
Thanks for your support and letting me know. I'll see, if I can move the post.
