Hi, I'm Tony.

I'm an independent software developer who enjoys building practical software for people solving real-world problems.

I'm especially interested in how founders and small business owners make decisions under uncertainty. Most of my projects are attempts to replace guesswork with better systems, clearer thinking, and evidence people can actually use.

I've built software for landlords, bookkeeping, agreements, productivity, and now marketing. Different problems, but the same goal: make complicated work easier without losing what matters.

What I'm Building

I'm building Traction Keeper while working through the same marketing questions many founders face with their own products.

I'll be sharing the experiments I run, decisions I make, what works, what doesn't, and what I learn along the way. My hope is that other founders will find something useful in the process, even if they never use Traction Keeper.
