ShardStitch
ShardStitch helps developers restart, switch, or recover AI coding sessions without rebuilding context from memory.
It creates a lean handoff from what actually changed on disk: git diff, changed files, recent commits, decisions, failed attempts, verification state, and next action.
The goal is simple: when Claude, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, or another AI tool gets stale, rate-limited, or too noisy, the next session starts from a clean, reliable working state instead of a messy transcript.
