Congrats on taking the #1 spot on the board again! 🚀 Was browsing LaunchNest and noticed LocalPatron holding down the #3 spot in the SEO category. Quick tech question though—my dashboard shows 36 upvotes but only 1 view on the listing. Is that just an analytics tracking delay or an edge-case bug on card votes vs page visits? Either way, love the clean UI and smooth directory structure you’ve built here. Keep crushing it!

Thanks for pointing this out! Yes, this looks like a possible analytics tracking bug or delay with the view count. I’m checking and fixing it now. Please check again in about 5 minutes and let me know if it’s still showing the wrong number. Really appreciate you catching this! 🚀

Awesome, thanks for the lightning-fast fix! The view count is tracking properly now. 🚀 On a side note, I noticed a small backend logic curiosity on the leaderboard queries that might interest you: While checking the listings, there seem to be a few cross-timeframe anomalies: Cross-ranking mismatch: A product ranked #2 on "This Week" takes the #1 spot on "This Month", while the #1 product from that same week is completely missing from "This Month". Discrepancy with "All": Products taking the #1 monthly spot drop drastically lower on the "All" time board (or vice versa). Overlapping windows: Products submitted in different calendar weeks still appear under the same "This Week" query. It looks like the SQL/database logic might be mixing rolling windows (e.g., last 7 days / last 30 days) with strict calendar boundaries (1st to 31st / Monday to Sunday). Just sharing the technical feedback in case you're fine-tuning your backend filter queries! Really love the platform and the problem/solution ranking approach. Keep crushing it!

Offering a completely free launch and discovery directory is a classic top-of-funnel play to aggregate early traffic, but maintaining long-term value requires aggressive curation to prevent the platform from turning into a low-quality link dump. While zero friction attracts a high volume of initial submissions from desperate builders, real user engagement will only stick if the site actively filters out noise and delivers genuine high-intent discovery rather than just passive directory listings.

Really appreciate the thoughtful feedback. I completely agree that free submission alone isn't enough to create long-term value. That’s why LaunchNest LN is focused on quality, relevance, genuine engagement, and better discovery—not simply collecting links.

We’re continuing to improve moderation, ranking, and discovery signals so useful products can stand out while low-quality or misleading submissions don’t take over the platform. The goal is to keep LaunchNest LN free and accessible while still making it genuinely valuable for both builders and users.

Thanks for highlighting this — it’s exactly the kind of feedback that helps us build the platform better. 🚀
