After building it and deploying to Vercel, my monthly cost is literally $0 (free tier Supabase, free tier Vercel). Revenue model is Pro at $9/month and Business at $19/month. Currently 0 paid users but growing the free user base first via SEO (targeting 100+ low-competition invoice template keywords).
